These Terms of Service govern your use of the Argmin AI website and any related evaluation, demo, or communication flows we provide.

Acceptance

By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Service description

Argmin AI provides information about AI optimization services, product capabilities, research, and demo access. Site content may change without notice.

User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information in forms and communications.
  • Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not copy or redistribute protected content except as allowed by law.

Interactive test demo

The interactive test demo is provided for evaluation only and on an as-is basis. By using it you agree that the task description you enter and any file you attach are sent for processing, including to third-party large language model providers, to generate a preview result. Do not submit secrets, confidential information, or personal data you are not authorised to share. Usage is rate limited and may be withdrawn at any time. Our handling of this data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Billing, credits, and refunds

Paid plans are sold as prepaid credits that fund evaluator builds and calibration rounds. The build counts shown on our pricing page (for example, "≈ 5 evaluator builds") are estimates only; the credits a build consumes vary with data size, model selection, and configuration. Your first calibration run is free and no payment method is required to start it.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card details; they are handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and exclude taxes; applicable VAT or other taxes are added at checkout where required.

Purchased credits are made available to your account once payment is confirmed. Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, credits remain available for use in your account. We may change prices or plan contents at any time; such changes do not affect credits you have already purchased.

Because a build consumes compute as soon as it runs, prepaid credits are non-refundable once the corresponding build or calibration run has started. If you have an unused credit balance, a duplicate or erroneous charge, or any other billing question, contact us at dmitriy@argminai.com and we will review your request in good faith. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period, note that by starting a build or calibration run you ask us to begin the service immediately and acknowledge that this right may no longer apply once the service has been performed. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.

Intellectual property

The site, branding, copy, and related materials are owned by Argmin AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Use cases and performance illustrations

The use cases, cost comparisons, and performance metrics displayed on this website are illustrative scenarios derived from internal testing, simulated workloads, and hypothetical configurations. They do not represent actual customer deployments, endorsements, or testimonials. All figures, including cost savings percentages and quality scores, are approximations intended to demonstrate potential outcomes and should not be construed as guarantees of future performance. Actual results will vary depending on implementation specifics, data characteristics, model selection, and other factors outside Argmin AI's control.

Liability

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argmin AI disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Termination and governing law

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service or comply with law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
